These terms apply to your use of mariebags.com and to every purchase you make from Marie Bags (Bart Verhallenplein 145, VAT number NL005414918B66). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Our products

We sell quilted bags and baskets. We show each product with photos and a description. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

2. Prices, shipping and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. The bag is free. For every order you pay one flat shipping and handling amount of AUD 59.95. That amount is shown on the product page and in your cart before checkout, and the total you pay is shown before you confirm payment. See also our Shipping Policy.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch by email. If we cannot supply an item, or there is an error in the price or description, we will tell you and refund anything you paid.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Australia. Delivery times are estimates, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund & Return Policy for how to ask for a remedy and for our 30-day change-of-mind returns.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, designs and images, belongs to Marie Bags or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except for personal use.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for goods that do not meet a consumer guarantee is limited, at our choice, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing them, or paying the cost of doing so. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
