Shipping Policy

This page explains where Marie Bags delivers, what delivery costs and how long it takes. The shipping and handling amount is shown on every product page and in your cart before you reach checkout.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Australia. Orders to other countries cannot be placed.

2. What you pay

The bag itself is free. For every order you pay one flat shipping and handling amount of AUD 59.95. The total shown at checkout is the bag price (AUD 0.00) plus AUD 59.95 shipping and handling, and nothing is added after that. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies.

3. Delivery address

Your order is sent to the address you enter at checkout. Please check that it is complete and correct. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

4. Processing and delivery time

Estimated delivery is about 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This is an estimate and not a guaranteed date: carrier capacity, public holidays and busy periods can add time.

5. Tracking

If the carrier provides a tracking link, it is included in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or the parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email us at info@mariebags.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and tell you what we can do.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if goods arrive faulty or damaged. See our Refund & Return Policy.
